South Sudan Regional Coordination Chapter
South Sudan Regional Coordinator acts as the senior representative of Sudan Hope Project at the regional level to provide strategic and operational leadership for SHP across designated countries or geographic regions. He/she serve as the primary management link between headquarters and field operations, translating organizational strategy into coordinated regional action while adapting programs to local contexts and security realities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all field programs within the region
- Supervise Field Coordinators and Program Officers
- Liaise with local authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and partners
- Ensure compliance with national laws and humanitarian standards
- Oversee security, safeguarding, and risk management
- Submit regional reports to the Secretariat / Executive Director
