SUDAN HOPE PROJECT

In Service to Transform Hopelessness Into Hopefulness

Regional Chapters

The Regional & Diaspora Representation structure exists to ensure localized leadership, effective coordination, community ownership, and global connectivity between field operations and diaspora-based support systems. It allows Sudan Hope Project to operate effectively across multiple countries while remaining united under one mission and governance framework. This to ensure inclusivity and grassroots accountability:
  • U.S. State Chapters
    – Represent Sudanese diaspora in different states, with elected coordinators.
  • East Africa Field Offices
    – Based in Kakuma, Kalobeyei, and future Sudan regional hubs.
  • Regional Coordinators (Sudan & Neighboring Countries)
    – Connect programs to affected communities.

This structure ensures:

Legal compliance
in the U.S. (IRS 501(c)(3), nonprofit governance).
Donor confidence
(professional financial and program management).
