T0 TRANSFORM OUR HOPELESSNESS INTO HOPEFULNESS

SUDAN HOPE PROJECT

In Service to Transform Hopelessness Into Hopefulness

Where We Work

Sudan Hope Project serves Sudanese refugees and displaced communities across East Africa and the diaspora. Our work is rooted in refugee settlements while extending globally through advocacy and partnerships.

We operate primarily in Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement (Uganda) and Kakuma Refugee Camp (Kenya), Yida / Ajwang Refugee Camp (South Sudan), supporting vulnerable families through faith-based programs, education, health services, livelihoods, and human rights advocacy. We also engage urban refugee communities in Egypt and mobilize the Sudanese diaspora in the United States and beyond to strengthen advocacy, leadership, and resource mobilization.

By connecting local action with global support, Sudan Hope Project delivers hope, dignity, and sustainable solutions where they are needed most.
