Our work plans follow a progressive, three-year pathway—moving communities from emergency response to recovery, and finally to sustainability and community ownership.

2024 Annual Work Plan – Emergency Response & Stabilization

In 2024, the work plan focused on life-saving interventions amid escalating displacement and crisis. Key priorities included:

  • Rapid emergency relief assistance (food, shelter, health, and WASH)
  • Trauma healing and psychosocial support through health and faith-based initiatives
  • Education continuity for displaced children
  • Human rights documentation and survivor protection
  • Establishing governance, financial transparency, and M&E systems
